I would have given 5 stars, but the pillow is really heavy. I was shocked that it was so heavy and lofted, but so soft to sleep on. I hate the big pillows at hotels and I was afraid this one was going to feel like that, which my neck cannot take. But to my surprise, it was perfect and nothing like the poly fiber filled pillows from 20 years ago. I don't know what's inside, but I love it.
