If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order, email us at hello@wamsutta.com and we'll work together to make it right. All items are eligible for return within 60 days of delivery. A flat rate $7.95 return fee is applied to all approved returns and will be deducted from the refund amount upon processing. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse. Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with original packaging. If there was a problem with your order or your item arrived damaged or defective or we made a mistake on your order, please let us know at hello@wamsutta.com and we will make sure we find a solution and make everything right. 

We don't offer exchanges at this time, but we're happy to offer returns and refunds for unused, unwashed, undamaged items per our return policy.

We're happy to offer complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a $6 flat rate feefor FedEx Ground shippingon all orders below $100. Expedited options are available depending on your ZIP Code and will be displayed at checkout if available. We charge a $25 flat rate for FedEx Express (2-day). We currently don't offer Next Day or Overnight service, but please email us at hello@wamsutta.com or leave a message at 844-WAMSUTTA and let us know if you have a special need for overnight delivery — we'll always see what's possible and try our best!

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. While we don’t offer international shipping just yet, we plan to begin with select countries soon. Please note: free shipping is available within the contiguous 48 states on orders more than $100. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are welcome, though additional shipping fees may apply.

We're happy to offer complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $100 for destinations in the contiguous 48 states. Orders for other destinations will be calculated based on ZIP Code.

No signature is required for delivery. Please ensure there is a safe place at your location for participating carriers to drop off your deliveries.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products 100%. We own and operate our own manufacturing and take great care to provide only the finest quality at accessible prices. You do not need an account to place an order with us. Like thousands of other retailers, we utilize Shopify and ShopPay, so you can log into their service to checkout with us. We do offer accounts that you can choose to create and use, which is helpful for easily accessing past orders, storing shipping information, and other preferences. 

While our team will look to replenish stock as soon as possible, the best way to stay informed is to select the "Notify me when available" directly on the product page. This way, you'll be automatically contacted if/when the product is restocked.

We are unable to backorder or reserve any inventory.
