Just put them on the bed. I was tired of buying cut rate bedding, only to find out that the pillow cases were too short for a standard size pillow. Same thing for the sheets, labeled Queen, but always proved to be sized for a standard sized bed. I ordered 2 sets of pillowcases, simply to test them vs the ones I already had. Then I ordered the sheet set and will sleep on them tonight.

There is really nothing like an excellent pair of percale sheets, but finding excellence isn't always easy. We've made the mistake of trying other companies' percale sheets when BB&B stopped carrying Wamsutta, and also tried bamboo (nice, cooling, but so slippery) and Egyptian cotton (nice but just doesn't have the crispness of percale). Cotton percale is just the absolute best - IF you buy from Wamsutta. This is a company where you just can never go wrong with expecting quality, because they always deliver. These sheets are heaven; crisp and soft and so cooling. We'll never try anything else again.
